  We enjoyed a very nice evening at Firebirds. The waiter was very attentive and pleasant. He was training a young lady and she was so pleasant and helpful always with a wonderful smile.
  My wife had the Trout and it was very good. I had the ribeye which you could have cut with a spoon. Our appetizer was delicious also. It is a bit pricey but the experience was well worth it.!! We will be back!!!

  I got the "Pick Two half salad and half sandwich choice. You can also replace one with a soup selection. I chose the Pecan Dijon salad with the half beefeater sandwich. Both are great.   I went for my Birthday last night and I must say I was very impressed. I'm always in the Overland Park area but I had never heard of Firebirds. I had a taste for lobster and steak so I googled restaurants saw their menu selection and made a reservation online. I was sitted immediately, fast service and my waiter and the staff were excellent. I will be back and I have already told friends about Firebirds.
