  I've had it with this McDonald's, they don't even deserve one star. Never have I encountered such slow service. I work night shift at a near by hospital and usually take a lunch break around 1am. I understand on weekends the place can get a little busy being one of the few places open at such hours. But on a Tuesday at 1 am??? If an order is taking a while to prepare, you have the car pull up, and assist the next customers in line, then run the food out to the waiting car. But, when there are 2 cars in front of you, you SHOULD NOT have to wait over 17 minutes for a sandwich and a soda. The employees did not have the previous car/cars pull forward and waited over 5-8 minutes to hand them their food, after the customer has already paid. This is not the first time this has happened. The first few times, I waited 15 and 12 min from the time I ordered my food until I got my food at the window. I and gave them the benefit of the doubt, we all have bad nights every now and then. But this is the THIRD time within the last month, obviously this extremely slow service for a fast food chain has become a habit/pattern. This is also not the first time their register machines "break" and the restaurant accepts cash only. Management needs to step up and put their employees in check or cooperate needs to intervene. I have worked at a McDonald's before and know all about the service expectations and this is absolutely unacceptable.

  Normally I find the idea of rating any fast food joint pretty eye-roll worthy, but it seems like this McDonald's in particular has a strange employee culture going on. I feel like almost every time I've gone to their drive through, the cashiers try to fuck with me in some small way. I don't mind occasional off handed remarks, but tonight when I handed the cashier my card, instead of handing it back to me he simply stared and held it out of reach. After a short wait, I reached to get my card back and he tried to grab my hand instead? It wasn't the worst thing to happen, but it was definitely awkward. If I wanted to interact with humanity, I probably wouldn't be at a drive through about to shame stuff my face with grease burgers.
