Today they got my order wrong and charged me twice, because each time they would charge me for something on my order but wouldn't get every item on there, and then forget to put it on my card so they would do it again. Something stupid. Then when I got to the window the man gave me my food and then walked away. Came back a minute later and asked "Do you need something else?" and I stated I had a Frappe too. He went back and made it, but didn't bother to do any of the whipped cream or syrup on top or anything like that. Just put it in a white cup and gave me a straw.
Giving 2 stars because it's not usually this bad, but come on, it's lunch time on a Friday, and you weren't even busy.July 05, 2016
