  Wrong sauce was given to me to put on sandwich. I wanted mild and poured their spicy sauce on liberally and paid for the first bite. Sandwich was not offered to be replaced after that and I had to pay for it. Also, wanted a booth to sit in and asked for a empty booth in particular where nobody was sitting. Was told it was reserved, so sat at table next to booth. We ate and was leaving when someone finally used the booth over an hour later. Didn't know you could reserve a booth and not show up until you felt like it and it would be there for you whenever. I will not be coming back here and it was a regular place for me to eat at.

  Food is excellent. The upgraded new location is can't miss. Very impressed. Bummed they aren't part of KC Hops any longer because I enjoyed the points, but still well worth the visit.
